1. Inspect the sling, seams, strap, buckle, zipper, drawstring, and internal tether.
2. Fit your pet with a properly adjusted harness.
3. Place the open sling on a stable surface or across your lap.
4. Open the zippered access panel and loosen the drawstring fully.
5. Support your pet’s chest and rear body while placing them gently into the sling.
6. Confirm that the body is fully supported and that no leg is twisted, trapped, or hanging through an opening.
7. Attach the internal safety tether to the harness D-ring.
8. Never attach the tether directly to a collar.
9. Close the verified zipper and buckle system completely.
10. Adjust the head opening so the pet cannot climb out while maintaining comfortable breathing and neck movement.

1. Place the strap across the opposite shoulder.
2. Adjust the strap until the sling rests close to your torso.
3. Confirm that the carrier remains upright and level.
4. Support the bottom of the sling with one hand while standing, using stairs, or moving through a busy area.
5. Begin with short indoor sessions.
6. Introduce outdoor use gradually in a quiet environment.
7. Check the pet’s breathing, temperature, position, and behaviour regularly.
8. Remove the pet immediately if they struggle, overheat, show breathing difficulty, become distressed, or attempt to escape.

3. Brush or vacuum loose hair from the interior and mesh.
4. Wipe small marks with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent.
5. For deeper cleaning, hand wash with cool water only after confirming the manufacturer’s care label.
6. Rinse thoroughly.
7. Do not twist, wring, or deform the padded structure.
8. Air dry completely in a ventilated location.
9. Do not use until all fabric, padding, seams, and hardware are fully dry.
